I have NO idea what this sign has to do with Ambassador Wine & Liquor, but I have to admit, allowing little Lena (signature on top left) to doodle her depiction of Sandy on their board is pretty awesome. If this sidewalk was on Facebook; I’d like it, share it, and poke it. Way to go Lena.
Just incase you didn’t love Whitman’s already, (but how could you not) they want us to know it’s OK to do exactly what we want to do 24/7, with every meal, on every food possible.. PUT BACON ON IT. Whitman’s, you rock.
Post-Sandy-pocalypse it was close to impossible to stumble upon restaurants that were open in the city. Daniello’s Restaurant took to their sidewalk chalk to be in your face with their WE ARE OPEN signage. This was greatly appreciated by the wandering NYC street youths like myself who were starving on Tuesday.
